Ocean View School District (OVSD) has been with CSEBO for medical and dental benefits since 1991. Michele Hellewell and Susan Lopez are the current Board representatives for OVSD, with Dr. Craig Helmstedter and Sandra Perez serving as Alternates. Michele also serves as the current Board President.

Wellness Programs

Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP)

CSEBO's vendor partners, Anthem Blue Cross and Kaiser Permanente, are offering HMO and PPO members a free voluntary program to help you lose weight and significantly reduce your risk of developing diabetes. If eligible, the 16-week program gives members access to: small group support, a personal health coach, tools like a wireless scale or activity tracker, and weekly lessons from an array of national and local programs.

BeneTrac Self-Enrollment

Starting August 12, 2019, employees will have the opportunity to make open enrollment elections for the October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020 plan year. Open enrollment elections will be made through BeneTrac, CSEBO's eligibility management system.
