Oxnard Union High School District (OUHSD) has been with CSEBO for medical, dental and vision benefits since 1991. Ted Lawrence and Julie Cole are the current Board representatives for OUHSD, with Dr. Deborah Salgado and Lavada White serving as Alternates.
